A very special place to me. The staff are so welcoming, they will make you feel like family ♥️
The food is good and they have themed nights which is great of you’re staying for a few weeks as it is always varied. A personal favourite is Street Food night - try out the local dish called oil down.
They have a lovely spa over looking the bay and offer massages, pedicures and manicures etc.
Great resort for family’s with young children as well as couples on a romantic getaway
The room I stayed in was very nice with a balcony with a great view. The staff was friendly and worked very hard. There was something going on every night at the restaurant. The food truck night was very good. I suggest going early, or making table reservation in advance, as it is very popular night. We were there scuba diving and catching the local lion fish. We were able to have the restaurant prepare our catch and several large meals with them. We were there at the end of rainy season and sometimes the underwater visabilty was low, but the underwater fishing helped make the diving fun. Most of the diving is drift diving. We also did a island tour for a day. It was well worth the time and money.
Not a boutique but definitely a bit worn. Hotels staff tried really hard. Restaurant although a great location, lacked service, attentiveness, graciousness, food quality. Prices were very high for middle of the line food. Alcohol, definitely refills so don't pay any extra for the brand you like.
In fairness to this part of our stay. Grenada is very early on with tourism it seems. They have jumped on Tourism pricing but have not learned the art of tourism service. We are not snobs. If true blue was priced as a three star minimum service hotel, everything would look different.
The room was clean, spacious and included everything we needed for our short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food served at the restaurant was tasty.
Room service did take a long time to arrive. They did have a bit of a bug problem, but it wasn't noticeable till the morning after we left room service plates sitting out. (Just ants.)
Overall it's one of the better places in Grenada that I've stayed at and would certainly stay here again.
Always have great experiences and make fond memories there... enjoyed each time I've went. The food is good the staff, (most) were welcoming and professional. The rooms are nice and the environment is also. The spa treatment was wonderful been there multiple times. The full body scrub is my favourite.
