Has everything that is required in any modern bank. I had gone there to exchange foreign currency. There were only a couple of counters and the queue was huge. One of the counters was specific to premium customers but the guy was accommodating enough to address the regular visitors, while there was no premium customer waiting. Still had to wait for almost 45 minutes for my turn. But the staff was very friendly and the process was smooth, which kind of made up for the wait.
